Siret Schutting
Siret has twenty years of experience in media and strategic communication, mainly in the government and technology sector.
She has a Master•s degree (summa cum laude) in change management in society (focusing on digital transformation and technology education) and a Bachelor•s degree in journalism and public relations. She has also studied financial management and corporate law at Estonian Business School and Bordeaux Ecole de Management (Bordeaux, France). She is currently studying design at the Estonian Academy of Arts, and is enrolled in the IT educator Master•s program at Tallinn University.
She has advised and been a part of several large-scale governmental initiatives, such as e-Residency, internet voting, government cloud and others. She has advocated for artificial intelligence ethics and been a speaker on the topic since 2012. Siret has spoken about technology on stages around the world, mostly in Europe, the US, and Asia. She has consulted governments and organisations on e-governance and digital transformation and been featured in ACM, Nature, Wired, CNN etc. Siret is a guest lecturer for Master programs at Tartu University for cyber hygiene and information security risks. She currently focuses her professional efforts on building the Digital Round Table think tank and running an art atelier in Kalamaja. She also owns 314 Design Lab, focused on disruptive change management and digital transformation advisory.
Siret lives in Tallinn, Estonia with her family. She is a skipper on S/Y Athena and aims to circumnavigate one day. Siret speaks fluent Estonian, English, French and is studying Japanese. Her favourite book is “In Watermelon Sugar” by Richard Brautigan.
Crystal LaGrone
Crystal has twenty years of experience in political consultation and administration. She holds a Master•s degree (summa cum laude) in Engineering in e-Government Technologies from Taltech and a Bachelor•s degree in Political Sciences from Oklahoma State University.
She has advised numerous Democratic candidates and ran for office in 2022 and 2024. Sharing her time between Europe and the US, she has an extensive technology sales experience from tech companies both sides of the Atlantic. Crystal is particularly adept in government technologies and digital transformation. Her Master•s thesis focused on digital voting.
She lives in Oklahoma and Tallinn with her family, including several dogs. She is passionate about community work and is an activist for several organisations both locally and globally. Her favourite book is “Pride and Prejudice” by Jane Austen.
